spec-ISiK-Basismodul

Changes to ISiK-Basismodul stage 5 and stage 6:

• The documentation on search parameters was extended and corrected, including the _id search parameter.
• Examples were adjusted on both stages (ticket ANFISK-555), including automatically generated FHIR artifacts.
• On stage 6, pdqm was removed from the common search parameters.
• The release notes were updated on both stages.

zero-lab

34 new commits on main across several topics:

• PKI/crypto: New OCSP check with CertID, certHash and the TUC_PKI_006 time window; the end-entity key is bound to gemSpec_Krypt; the admission fallback for eGK AUT/ENC now returns "unknown".
• gempki: Certificate-type baselines for all types from gemSpec_PKI; OID labels fully declared according to gemSpec_OID; partial-chain reporting when chain construction fails.
• pkcs12: FriendlyName is written as BMPString.
• brainpool: Layout reorganised by subject area, shared curve table, generic ECDH, crypto/x509 integration, unused exports removed, Wycheproof test corpus added.
• ti: New command-line IDP authenticator; SMC-B identity package for ePA auth flows.
• Version pins between the modules were updated.

New releases: brainpool v1.1.0, epa v0.22.3/v0.22.4, gemidp v0.50.3/v0.50.4, gempki v0.21.2/v0.21.3/v0.22.0/v0.23.0, kon v0.21.2/v0.21.3/v0.21.4, pkcs12 v0.99.3, ti v0.23.0–v0.23.4.
