Several PRs merged: requirements implemented in the IG module, including a Herstellererklärung fix, added query operations for the rx and DiGA modules, one removed client requirement, removed addendum pages and a changed AFO error code. In the feature branch feature/generate-openapis, a CapabilityStatement for validation was added. The branch TMD-3446-Beispiele-erp-chrg splits Communication and Consent profiles by REST endpoint. The branches TMD-3106-anpassung-ilf-erezept-pkv-workflow-200 and TMD-3453-umzusetzende-anforderungen-in-modul-ig were deleted after the merge.

• gempki: TSL and OID constants moved into separate packages, layers removed, OCSP trust semantics adjusted.
• CLI: cache commands renamed to "state", PKI command tree flattened, inspect and verify separated, ocsp integrated into verify, CLI state store moved to XDG_STATE_HOME.
• Profiles: profile logic is now derived from the certificate.
• Dependencies: upgrades across all modules, including alignment of the zero-caddy image with caddy-docker 2.11.
• Releases: 23 new tags across nearly all Go submodules, including gempki v0.2.0→v0.4.0, ti v0.21.0→v0.22.2, epa v0.22.2, pep v0.25.7, zaddy v0.5.2.
