Activity around the TI-Flow/E-Rezept specification:

• Three new branches for tickets: TMD-3106 (adjustment of ILF E-Rezept PKV Workflow), TMD-3207 (FD2.0 specification for connection setup ERP-FD → ePA record system, including an OID change for the TI-Flow backend service and removal of the VAU check by clients) and TMD-3239 (reference to dosage in the RX-IG).
• Branch TMD-3446-Beispiele-erp-chrg (52 commits, about 10,600 lines changed): new API examples for the FHIR-IG erp-chrg, renaming of "E-Rezept-FdV" → "TI-Flow-FdV", adjustments to client system product types, cleanup of the PKV security requirements, and preparation for ballot 2.0.0-ballot.4.
• Branch TMD-3453: new requirements for DIGA added, addendum pages removed.
• Branch feature/generate-openapis: OpenAPI generation added for RX/Core-IG (dev build 2.0.0-ballot.4).
• Recurring topics: renaming of "E-Rezept" to "Verordnung"/"TI-Flow", cleanup of requirements and test cases for erp-chrg.
