zeta-cli v0.13.0 adds VSDM bundle caching; fhir-scripts branch feature/improve-output

In the kim-cert branch, IHE-D facility types (CodeSystems) were added to HealthcareServiceTypeVS. One extension block in the example was moved.

fhir-scripts

The new branch feature/improve-output bundles several merged changes:

• Detection of four-part Java version numbers (java -version) and preservation of colour formatting in subprocess output.
• CI build publishing based on releaseLabel and the Git branch.
• A new summary of updated versions in the log output, plus changes to formatting and output.
• Updates to version numbers and release notes as part of the merged PRs.

New generated HTML pages were created on master.

zeta-cli

Release v0.13.0 published (PR #11, release branch merged). Contents:

• VSDM bundle caching with a CLI for cache management.
• ASL production mode remains enabled permanently once activated.
• ReleaseNotes.md updated.
