fhir-ti-common

On develop, a TI-Common profile for BodyStructure was added, including ValueSets for body location and clock-position. Active feature branches:

spec-Digitale-Patientenrechnung

Development towards v1.3.0-beta: the invoice submit was split into separate patient and organisation operations, and new workflow types for Organization profiles were introduced. In v1.2.0, Patient.birthdate was changed from 0..1 to 1..1 (breaking change). The KTR workflow search examples were moved to R5, and invoice submission to payer organisations was added. An accompanying IG branch documents the new workflow types and scenarios. The GitHub Pages deploy of 01.09.2026 was applied.

spec-ISiK-Basismodul

On main-stufe-5 (44 commits) and main-stufe-6 (47 commits), QA scripts were revised, allergy ValueSets were revised, the practice setting wording in document exchange was adjusted, handling of the ZTS packages was initialised, and suppression config and comments were corrected. Ten feature branches (Stufe 5 and 6) were deleted after the merge.

On feature/zeta-stufe-2, documentation on time synchronisation and server time offset handling was added; the related functionality and performance changes were implemented.
